Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 October 2026. This policy covers all games published by The Game Guys LLC (“we”, “us”), including Arrowtopia, Flappy Fox, Oopsy Otto, Sudoku, Word Find, Crossword, and this website.
Short version: we don't ask for your name, email or any other personal details in our games. There are no accounts. Payments are handled by Roku, not by us.
Information we don't collect
- No names, email addresses, postal addresses or phone numbers in our games
- No payment card details. Purchases are processed entirely by Roku Pay
- No precise location, contacts, microphone or camera access
- No accounts or sign-in
Information we may collect
Some of our games send anonymous gameplay statistics so we can see which levels are too hard, what confuses players and what we should improve. This can include:
- Levels started, finished, failed or replayed, scores, stars and hints used
- Screens opened, and whether an upgrade was viewed or purchased
- General timing, such as the hour of day and day of week the game was opened
- An anonymous, app-specific identifier provided by Roku, which you can reset at any time in your Roku settings
We use Google Analytics to process these statistics. We do not use them to identify you, and we do not sell them.
Information Roku collects
Roku collects its own information about your device and how you use it, under the Roku Privacy Policy. We don't control that collection.
Purchases
In-game upgrades and items are sold through Roku Pay. Roku processes the payment and tells the game that a purchase was made so it can unlock content. We never see or store your payment details.
Saved progress
Your progress, settings and unlocks are stored on your Roku device. Removing the app may delete this data.
Children
Our games are designed for general audiences and are suitable for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
This website
This website does not use advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering them. If you email us, we use your email address only to reply to you.
Your choices
- You can reset your Roku identifiers in your Roku device settings
- You can delete local game data by removing the app
- You can ask us about, or ask us to delete, any information you've sent us by email
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
